At no cost to you, our staff will replace and reship your items, or offer you a partial refund, credit toward, or discount voucher for a future purchase.
Requesting a Refund or Replacement
If you, unfortunately, experience one of the above situations, we apologize in advance and ask that you get in touch with us as soon as possible.
- Please provide us with the following information via the contact form on our Contact Us page:
- Your order number as well as your contact details.
- Specify whether you want to return your order or any of its contents for a refund or an exchange for a different product.
- Photographs of everything you received, including the labels on the outer packaging (making a video when unpacking your parcel for the first time is ideal).
- If any items inside your parcel were seized, please provide a scanned copy or photo of the official notice or confiscation letter you received, as well as an alternate shipping address to which we can reship the missing items.
- Our team will confirm your return request and send you an email with the address to which you should send your products.
- To have the shipment shipped to us, use any mail or courier service that you prefer.
- If you’re returning a product because of a defect or an error on our part, please include a copy of your original shipment receipt so we can reimburse your shipping costs as well.
- Check to make sure the items you’re returning are well-protected. Ensure that everything is tightly and securely packed.
- Include a copy of the purchase order that came with your initial order, indicating which items you’re returning, inside the parcel.
- After the products have arrived at our warehouse, a refund will be processed within 3 business days.
- We are not responsible for any breakage that occurs during the return shipment process.
In most cases, we will respond within two business days with the results of our investigation, and we will process your items for reshipment within three business days.
Due to inventory control costs and shelf-life constraints, if you return 12 or more of the same items, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We will deduct $5.95 from your total refund if you return products from an order that originally qualified for free shipping.
