How do I place an order and proceed with payment?

Where can I find my shipping tracking number?

Within 2-5 business days after your payment has been verified, we will email your order confirmation invoice to you, which will include your tracking number, and it will also be available to view on our website on the My Account page under the “Order History” section.

Why does it appear that my package is trapped in the same spot, according to the tracking website?

This typically occurs when items are held at customs awaiting clearance by local customs officers.
