Shipping to the USA:
- Shipped times to New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, DC, and other major cities range from 7 to 10 business days on average when using USPS’s First Class Mail service.
- It may take up to 15 business days for shipping to outlying cities and other states.
- Due to potential USPS service delays, US customs clearance issues, and disruptions during national holidays, shipping may take up to 20 business days to arrive.
We kindly ask that you specify the correct shipping details, including zip code, address, name, and any other information that is required, when placing an order. The tiniest error or inaccuracy could result in a significant delay in shipping or even order loss en route.
Shipping to non-US countries:
- Orders are sent via a variety of registered airmail postal service providers around the world and can be tracked easily online.
- Shipping to Canada, Europe, and Asia takes 5 to 12 business days on average, while shipping to South Africa takes 8 to 17 business days.
Fees for Shipping and Handling
Regardless of order size, whether you live in a large US city or the most rural town in your state, we provide steroids online with fast and discreet USA shipping for a fixed fee of $30. Shipping is free for orders over $500.
However, we have a minimum order quantity of $120 worth of products.
How is your order packaged?
We understand your need for complete secrecy and anonymity when you place an order with us. This is why, when packing and transporting your belongings, we take every precaution to maintain your privacy by never disclosing information to third-party service providers.
- Our packages are never larger than necessary to avoid attracting unwanted attention. Products may be removed from their original packaging and repackaged carefully to reduce packaging volume. Original cardboard boxes can be repurposed for the packaging of other products, increasing the likelihood of your shipment arriving on time.
- If your order is too large to fit in one of our standard small envelopes, we’ll divide it into the appropriate number of smaller envelopes, but you’ll still be charged the same $30 flat shipping and handling fee.
- We wrap items in carbon photo paper to keep the contents hidden from X-ray scanners. We can conceal your items inside non-suspicious objects such as toys, video cassettes, souvenirs, and other items at your request.
- We never write our company’s name or anything else on our waybill or label the outer packaging with anything that might suggest the pharmaceutical contents.
- There is no need to be concerned because all orders are shipped via registered mail, which requires a signature upon receipt; the only difference is that registered mail is tracked, and the rest of the procedures are the same as regular mail.
Placing Large Orders
If an order is too large to fit in one package, we guarantee that it will be divided into the appropriate number of packages to reduce risk. We assure you that no matter how large your order is, it will be treated with the same level of discretion and repackaged as small orders.
- If your order has been seized by customs control
Even if products get seized (a rare possibility based on our experience over the years), we offer reshipment or a credit towards new purchases on our site.
We will just need you to email us the official notification that you received from US border customs that the package was stopped, and we’ll arrange a free reshipment of the confiscated items within 3 business days.

- If your order was lost during shipping
If 30 days have passed and you still haven’t received your order (or notification of seizure), please inform us by submitting a support ticket with your order details and our team will consider replacing your items once they have verified that you didn’t receive them.
